Job Description:
Snoonu is seeking a Remote Virtual Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This part-time entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team remotely.
Responsibilities: - Managing and organizing schedules, meetings, and appointments - Handling email correspondence and responding to inquiries in a timely manner - Researching and compiling information for reports and presentations - Data entry and maintaining accurate records - Assisting with travel arrangements and booking accommodations - Providing general administrative support to team members as needed
Requirements: - Motivated and hardworking individual - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Innovative problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
