Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

Qatar Science & Technology Park is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Virtual Assistant to join our team in Doha on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone with at least one year of experience who is looking to gain valuable professional experience in a supportive and innovative environment.

Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, and organizing documents - Conduct research and compile data to support various projects and initiatives - Assist with meeting planning and coordination, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes - Manage virtual communication platforms and maintain professional correspondence with clients and partners - Assist with special projects as needed and take on additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements: - Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role - Strong adaptability and ability to work independently - Excellent problem-solving skills and a cooperative attitude - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and virtual communication tools - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
