Job Description:
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team at Snoonu, an innovative company based in Doha, Qatar. As a Virtual Assistant, you will work from home on a part-time basis, providing administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities: 1. Managing calendars and scheduling meetings 2. Handling email correspondence and phone calls 3. Organizing and maintaining documents and files 4. Assisting with research and data entry tasks 5. Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations 6. Providing general administrative support to team members 7. Handling ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role 2. Adaptable and confident personality traits 3. Strong innovation and negotiation skills 4. Excellent communication and organizational skills 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software 6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
