Job Description:
We are seeking a confident and dedicated Secretary to join our team at QatarDebate. This is a remote part-time position based in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate-level Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and helping to ensure the smooth operation of our organization.
Responsibilities: 1. Managing and organizing schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members. 2. Handling and prioritizing incoming communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail. 3. Assisting with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations. 4. Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for team members. 5. Maintaining accurate records and files. 6. Acting as a liaison between team members and external partners. 7. Assisting with special projects and events as needed. 8. Providing general administrative support as required.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Decision-making and persuasion skills. 7. Confidence and dedication to details. 8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
