Account Support Assistant - Remote Work

Estithmar Holding is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This remote position is perfect for entry-level candidates looking to gain valuable experience in the field of finance and accounting. As an Account Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our accounting team and assisting with various tasks related to financial transactions and reporting.

Responsibilities: - Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records - Prepare and distribute invoices and financial reports - Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end closing procedures - Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve billing issues - Assist with the preparation of financial statements and budgets - Support the accounting team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Driven and resilient personality traits - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
