Account Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description: Vodafone Qatar is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Doha, Qatar. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide account support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner - Assist with managing client accounts, including processing orders, managing billing inquiries, and resolving any account discrepancies - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Utilize project management skills to coordinate and prioritize tasks effectively - Make informed decisions to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs - Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels

Requirements: - Confident and reliable individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent project management and decision-making skills - 1 year of experience in a customer service or account support role - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
