Account Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Account Support Associate to join our team at Qatar Solar Technologies. This is a remote work position based in Doha, Qatar. As an Account Support Associate, you will be responsible for managing and supporting client accounts to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner - Maintain and update client account information and records - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of products and services meets client expectations - Assist in developing and implementing strategic account plans to drive growth and profitability - Prepare reports and analysis on account performance and trends - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 1 year of experience in account management or customer support - Confident and energetic personality with excellent communication skills - Strong soft skills in strategic planning and project management - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus
