Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team at Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. This is a part-time remote work opportunity based in Doha, Qatar. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in account management, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our key accounts.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their needs and goals - Develop account plans and strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular updates to management - Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and upsell additional services or products - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to provide valuable insights to key accounts - Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns and initiatives that align with account goals - Prepare reports and presentations for key account meetings and presentations
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in account management, with a focus on telecommunications or technology sector preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Creativity and problem-solving skills - Motivated and results-driven attitude - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
