Job Description - Account Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description: We are seeking a remote Account Support Manager to join our team at Al Shaqab. As the Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting key accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This position requires a high level of organization, communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals - Work closely with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to advise clients on new opportunities for growth - Provide training and support to clients on our platform and services


Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience in account management or a similar role - Proven track record of managing key accounts and exceeding sales targets - Resourceful and energetic with excellent communication skills - Highly organized and able to work independently in a remote environment - Innovative thinker with the ability to problem solve and adapt to change - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
