Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team at Qatar Electricity & Water Company. This is a remote work position based in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time role at the mid-to-senior level, the Account Support Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their needs and requirements. 2. Communicate effectively with clients to address any issues or concerns in a timely manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. 4. Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to management. 5. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding services with existing clients. 6. Assist in the onboarding of new clients, providing support and guidance throughout the process. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform client strategies.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management or client support roles. 3. Energetic and dedicated personality with strong decision-making and communication skills. 4. Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and meeting targets. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite. 7. Fluent in English, Arabic proficiency is a plus.
