Account Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Qatar Science & Technology Park is seeking a responsible and hardworking Account Support Officer to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an Account Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our clients and maintaining their accounts.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients through various communication channels - Assist clients with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding their accounts - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful account management - Analyze account data and provide insights to improve client relationships - Identify potential areas of improvement in account processes and suggest solutions - Complete administrative tasks related to account management as needed

Requirements: - Reliable and hardworking individual with a strong attention to detail - Excellent decision-making and critical thinking skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field (preferred but not required) - No previous experience required – we welcome entry-level candidates eager to learn and grow
