Job Description:
Katara Hospitality is seeking a part-time Account Support Officer to join our team on a remote basis. As an Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our account management team.
Responsibilities: 1. Assist in maintaining and updating client account records and information. 2. Respond to client inquiries and provide support as needed. 3. Collaborate with the account management team to develop strategies for client retention. 4. Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings. 5. Monitor account activities and communicate any issues or concerns to the appropriate team members. 6. Help coordinate and execute client events and meetings. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better support clients. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: 1. Adaptable and able to work effectively in a remote setting. 2. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 3. Strong planning and organizational skills. 4. High emotional intelligence and ability to build rapport with clients. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
