Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Meddy, a leading healthcare platform in Qatar, is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our remote team. As an Entry Level role, no prior experience is required - we are looking for resourceful and driven individuals who possess strong teamwork and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support to account holders via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and escalations related to the platform. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new accounts and provide training as needed. 4. Conduct data entry and maintenance of account information in the CRM system. 5. Monitor account activity and provide regular updates to account managers. 6. Assist in the development of training materials for account holders.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills in English. 2. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
