Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

As an Account Support Representative at Aspire Zone Foundation, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with clients, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a remote work position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions - Assist clients with account inquiries, issues, and escalations - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase retention and satisfaction - Work closely with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell products and services - Provide support with billing, invoicing, and payment processing - Monitor client accounts and proactively address any potential issues - Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on industry trends and market changes to provide valuable insights to clients

Requirements: - Hardworking and adaptable personality traits - Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus - Prior experience in customer service or account management is preferred but not required
