Call Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Qatar Aeronautical College is seeking a Call Center Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Doha, QA. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries, issues, and product information. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, conduct surveys, and provide updates. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Handle complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner, escalating as needed. 5. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction. 6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes. 7. Meet or exceed performance goals for call volume, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 3+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Driven and energetic personality. 5. Strong project management and problem-solving skills. 6. Ability to work remotely and independently. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 9. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 10. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
