Job Description - Call Center Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


Qatar Solar Technologies is seeking a Call Center Manager to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in call center management, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our virtual call center team.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote call center representatives to ensure excellent customer service and sales support. - Develop and implement call center strategies and processes to increase efficiency and productivity. - Monitor call center metrics and performance indicators to meet or exceed key performance indicators. - Conduct regular coaching and training sessions to enhance the skillset of call center staff. - Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. - Continuously improve call center operations through feedback collection and process improvement initiatives.


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in call center management, preferably in a remote work setting. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a remote team to achieve goals and targets. - Strong organizational and analytical skills. - Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment. - Hardworking attitude with a focus on achieving results. - Proven negotiation and cooperation skills. - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
