Job Description:
Woqod, a leading energy company based in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Manager for a remote work position. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our customer service team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing leadership and guidance to achieve performance targets - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to ensure high-quality service delivery - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Handle escalated customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes - Develop training programs and materials to enhance the skills of customer service representatives - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in call center management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in call center management - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Proven track record of achieving customer service targets - Ability to work remotely and manage a team effectively - Proficiency in MS Office and call center software - Experience working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
