Call Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description: Qatar Biobank is seeking a dedicated and motivated Call Center Manager to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in a call center environment, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our call center team.

Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of call center agents to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and productivity - Monitor call center performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management

Requirements: - Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or similar position - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and management abilities - Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems - Ability to make sound decisions and exercise good judgment - Experience in handling difficult customers and resolving conflicts - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
