The Al Jazeera Media Network is seeking a motivated and independent Call Center Officer to join our remote team in Doha, Qatar. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, providing information, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints in a professional and efficient manner. Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies - Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently - Conduct research to address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions - Maintain a high level of emotional intelligence when dealing with a variety of customer personalities - Document all interactions and follow up on unresolved issues - Meet and exceed performance metrics such as call quality, average handling time, and first call resolution - Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience
