Call Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Silatech is looking for a Remote Call Center Officer to join our team. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and providing information on products and services - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and resolve any issues - Handling customer complaints and escalations in a professional manner - Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets set by the company

Requirements: - Energetic and driven with a positive attitude - Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other call center software - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
