Call Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Qatar Aluminum Limited is currently seeking a motivated and independent Call Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in Doha, Qatar.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Utilize critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Manage time effectively to ensure all calls and tasks are completed in a timely manner - Adhere to company policies and procedures while representing the brand in a positive light - Collaborate with team members and managers to continuously improve call center operations - Meet or exceed call center performance goals and targets

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role - Proficient in using call center software and CRM systems - Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations - Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail - Effective time management and organizational abilities
