Job Description:
As a Call Center Representative for Qatar Museums, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls from customers, answering their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. This position is a remote work opportunity, so you will be working from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: 1. Handling a high volume of calls from customers with professionalism and courtesy. 2. Providing accurate information about Qatar Museums' exhibitions, events, and services. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Following communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency in interactions. 5. Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records. 6. Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Passionate and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. 3. Strong project management skills. 4. Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities. 5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
