Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

QatarDebate is seeking a motivated and resilient Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing information about our programs and services, and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers - Providing information about QatarDebate programs and services - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner - Documenting all customer interactions in the CRM system - Meeting or exceeding performance goals and targets - Collaborating with team members to improve customer service strategies

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work remotely and independently - Resilient attitude and ability to handle challenging situations - Motivated and eager to learn and grow in the role - High school diploma or equivalent
