Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Qatar Electricity & Water Company is seeking a passionate and independent Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls from customers regarding inquiries, issues, and feedback related to our services.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide information as needed. 3. Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Utilize company policies and procedures to resolve customer issues efficiently. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and resolve any issues that arise. 7. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers. 8. Meet or exceed call center metrics, including call quality and average handling time.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems. 6. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with customers. 7. Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
