Job Description:
Al Shaqab is looking for a dedicated and adaptable Call Center Specialist to join our remote team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time associate level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients over the phone.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products or services and assist customers with placing orders or resolving issues. 3. Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Follow communication scripts and maintain a positive attitude during interactions with customers. 5. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints in a timely manner. 6. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures. 7. Meet or exceed customer service goals and targets on a regular basis. 8. Stay up-to-date on company products and services in order to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask effectively. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting. 5. Adaptable personality traits and a cooperative attitude towards colleagues and customers. 6. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. 7. Flexibility to work part-time hours including evenings and weekends.
