Job Description: Qatar National Broadband Network is seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist to work remotely from Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and chat to resolve customer issues and inquiries. The ideal candidate will be motivated, hardworking, and possess excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Update customer records in the database with accurate and detailed information. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service. 6. Meet or exceed productivity targets and service level agreements. 7. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications. 6. Must have a quiet and professional workspace at home with reliable internet connection. 7. Must be able to commit to part-time hours and work flexible shifts as needed.
