Chat Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Qatar Sports Investments is seeking a talented Chat Support Associate to join our remote team in Doha. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via chat support to customers of our sports-related products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for sports, and the ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via chat support - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance on product features - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide product recommendations and upsell opportunities to customers - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and service efficiency - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Passion for sports and knowledge of sports-related products and services - Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze customer needs - Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in chat support software and CRM systems - Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time remote work - Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
