Chat Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Katara Hospitality is seeking a motivated and experienced Chat Support Associate to join our remote team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or chat support, with a strong focus on problem-solving and innovation.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat platforms. 2. Assist customers with booking reservations, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Utilize resources effectively to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience. 5. Monitor chat conversations and analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in customer service or chat support. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 3. Resourceful and resilient personality traits with a focus on problem-solving. 4. Ability to innovate and adapt to changes in technology and customer preferences. 5. Proficiency in language skills, with a focus on grammar and spelling accuracy. 6. Experience with online chat platforms and CRM systems preferred.
