Job Description - Chat Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Al Jazeera Media Network is seeking a highly experienced and independent Chat Support Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with 7 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for managing a team of chat support representatives and ensuring exceptional customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of chat support representatives, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor live chat interactions to ensure quality and consistency in responses. 4. Analyze chat data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide feedback for product improvement. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for chat support. 7. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide timely and effective resolutions. 8. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced and remote work environment.


Requirements: 1. 7 years of experience in customer service, preferably in chat support or online communication. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong leadership and team management abilities. 4. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 5. Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously. 6. Strong analytical skills for data analysis and performance evaluation.
