Job Description:
Estithmar Holding is seeking a Chat Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis while working remotely. As a mid-to-senior level position, the Chat Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our chat support department, ensuring efficient and effective communication with customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of chat support agents, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase chat support efficiency. 3. Monitor chat support performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize team performance. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. 5. Update and maintain chat support scripts and knowledge base to ensure accurate and consistent responses. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support to continuously improve department operations. 7. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and problem-solving skills. 8. Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in chat support or customer service. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively lead a team. 4. Independent and resilient personality traits to handle challenging situations. 5. Excellent planning and critical thinking skills to effectively manage chat support operations. 6. Proficiency in chat support software and platforms. 7. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
