Chat Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Barwa Group is seeking a part-time Chat Support Representative to join our team remotely. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support through chat channels. This position is at an Associate Level with a requirement of at least 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through chat channels - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner - Educate customers on product features and benefits - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or technical support - Adaptable and confident personality traits - Strong leadership and research skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with CRM systems and chat support platforms
