Chat Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Qatar Aeronautical College is seeking a dedicated and confident Chat Support Specialist to join our remote team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through chat communication channels. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information through chat support. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support delivery. 5. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or chat support. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. 4. Proficiency in computer systems and software applications. 5. Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative. 6. Strong planning and organizational skills. 7. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and resolve issues.
