Job Description:
Silatech is seeking a part-time Chat Support Specialist to join our remote team in Doha, Qatar. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required. We are looking for confident and driven individuals with strong presentation and persuasion skills to provide exceptional customer support through our chat platform.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through our chat platform in a timely and professional manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Assist with other tasks and projects as needed to support the overall success of the team
Requirements: - Confident and driven attitude - Strong presentation and persuasion skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
