Chat Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

United Development Company is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our remote team in Doha, Qatar. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via online chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all inquiries are resolved efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 2. Previous experience in customer service or online chat support preferred. 3. Hardworking and energetic personality traits. 4. Strong people management and presentation skills. 5. Ability to work independently and in a remote setting. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
