Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Qatar Airways Cargo is looking for a dynamic and motivated Client Relations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be energetic and resilient, with strong people management and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and build strong relationships with key stakeholders - Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or inquiries in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are completed successfully - Assist in the development of client retention strategies and contribute to business growth - Monitor client satisfaction and seek opportunities for improvement - Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and video conferencing - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Energetic and resilient personality - Strong people management and project management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
