Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Katara Hospitality is seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Relations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients, addressing any concerns or issues they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address any questions or concerns they may have - Provide support and guidance to clients on how to best utilize our services to meet their needs - Conduct research to better understand our clients' industries and provide tailored solutions - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and communications - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients - Provide timely responses to client inquiries and requests - Assist in developing marketing materials and campaigns to attract new clients

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Resilient and able to handle difficult situations with professionalism - Hardworking and dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients - Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills - Strong research skills to better understand client needs and industries
