Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Vodafone Qatar is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Client Relations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Doha, Qatar.

As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will be the main point of contact for clients, providing them with information, assistance, and support as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining client records, tracking client interactions, and ensuring that all client needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Energetic and resourceful personality - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Fluent in English, Arabic language proficiency is a plus
