Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team at Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. This is a remote work position based in Doha, QA, with part-time hours. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Responsibilities: - Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs and concerns - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular contact and meetings - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or requests in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and provide input for product development - Analyze client feedback and implement strategies to improve overall client satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive client relationships - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Resilient and confident attitude towards handling client challenges - Creativity and strategic planning skills to drive client engagement and loyalty
