Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Representative with Msheireb Properties, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients through remote work. Your primary role will be to serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. You will also be instrumental in providing information about our products and services, as well as identifying new opportunities to meet client needs.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and virtual meetings. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and concerns. - Address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively. - Provide information about Msheireb Properties' products and services, demonstrating a thorough understanding of our offerings. - Identify new opportunities to meet client needs and promote company growth. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a similar role. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. - Driven and resilient personality traits. - Creativity and strong presentation skills. - Ability to work remotely and independently. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Experience working in the real estate industry is a plus.
