Job Description - Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Client Relations Representative to join our team at Hilton in Doha, Qatar. This is a part-time, remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or customer service. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns - Respond to client emails and phone calls in a timely manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues - Provide creative solutions to meet client requirements and exceed expectations - Conduct negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Proven experience in client relations or customer service - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Reliable internet connection and home office setup
