Job Description:
Mall of Qatar is seeking a motivated and resourceful Client Service Assistant to join our team for remote work in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Client Service Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to address their inquiries and resolve any issues they may have. 2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation. 3. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience. 4. Conduct research to gather relevant information for client requests. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies. 6. Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement. 7. Provide administrative support to the client service team as needed. 8. Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. 3. Resourceful and reliable with excellent communication skills. 4. Strong research skills and ability to work well in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 8. Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
