Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Client Service Manager to join our team at Hilton, working remotely from Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in client service management. The Client Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by managing client relationships, addressing client concerns, and overseeing the delivery of services.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Monitor client satisfaction metrics and adjust strategies as needed - Train and mentor junior client service team members - Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Prepare reports and presentations on client performance and feedback
Requirements: - 5 years of experience in client service management - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and motivated to achieve client service goals - Adaptable to changing client needs and market demands
