Job Description - Client Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and confident Client Service Manager to join our team at Qatargas Operating Company Limited. This is a part-time remote work opportunity based in Doha, QA. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in client management, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships with our clients.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Monitor client satisfaction and retention rates, taking proactive measures to enhance customer loyalty - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client accounts and performance - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Strong background in client service management, with at least 8 years of experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think critically and make sound decisions - Proven track record of building and managing client relationships - Tech-savvy with experience using CRM software and other client management tools - Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting - Experience in the energy or oil and gas industry is a plus
