Job Description:
Qatar National Broadband Network (QNBN) is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Service Officer to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is necessary, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in client services.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and live chat channels. 2. Assist clients in navigating our products and services, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience from start to finish. 5. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients, contributing to overall company revenue goals. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the client service experience.
Requirements: 1. Confident and energetic personality that exudes professionalism and positivity in all client interactions. 2. Strong attention to detail and ability to innovate solutions to meet client needs effectively. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently, meeting deadlines consistently. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software preferred.
