Client Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

BeIN Sports is looking for a part-time Client Service Representative to join our team in a remote work position based in Doha, QA. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who is resilient, dedicated, and eager to kickstart their career in client services. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, concerns, and feedback 2. Provide product information and guidance to clients, assisting them in making informed decisions 3. Resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner, escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments when necessary 4. Proactively reach out to clients to follow up on their experience and ensure their satisfaction 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system 6. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better service clients

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset 2. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment 3. Strong project management and time management skills 4. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred 5. Proven track record of working well in a team environment 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 7. No prior experience required; training will be provided
