Job Description:
Woqod is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through remote work. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally via phone, email, or live chat. 2. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless client service delivery. 4. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients. 5. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions. 6. Provide feedback to management on client issues and suggestions for improvement. 7. Meet or exceed client service KPIs and metrics. 8. Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or client service role. 2. Energetic and passionate about providing top-notch customer service. 3. Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
