Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and hardworking Client Service Specialist to join our team at Qatar Museums. This position will be remote work, so you can work from the comfort of your own home in Doha, Qatar. As an entry-level role, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional client service through phone, email, and chat communication. 2. Manage client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction. 4. Use persuasion and innovation to effectively address client needs and provide solutions. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and resolve issues. 6. Maintain accurate client records and documentation in our CRM system. 7. Assist in onboarding new clients and providing them with necessary information.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or client support role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle difficult client situations with professionalism. 3. Excellent time-management and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Hardworking and motivated individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional service. 6. Soft skills such as persuasion and innovation are a plus. 7. Experience working remotely or in a virtual environment is preferred.
