Client Support Associate - Remote Work

United Development Company is seeking a dedicated Client Support Associate to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and courteous manner - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently and effectively - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues - Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed - Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures - Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer satisfaction enhancement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 4 years of experience in customer service or client support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Exceptional time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and adaptable personality traits
