Client Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Mall of Qatar is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Support Associate to join our remote team in Doha, QA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Client Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clientele. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a focus on problem-solving skills - Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve processes - Maintain a high level of professionalism and reliability in all interactions with customers - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times

Requirements: - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Excellent people management skills and ability to build rapport with customers - Prior experience in customer service or client support roles - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to work independently and remotely - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
