Job description:
Vodafone Qatar is currently seeking a Client Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely. This position requires a high level of independence and drive to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.
Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing product and service information to clients - Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate team - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Continuously improving processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client support role - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently - Demonstrated adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Leadership skills to effectively manage client relationships - Experience working remotely is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent required
